As we share the Swedish Roads, we find it very important to respect each other.
Swedish Roads vision is to evolve the way people explore, discover, connect and share with Swedish individuals, föreningar, municipalities & companies.
Swedish Roads exists to share Swedish places and among others Swedish Stories. To maintain a safe and welcoming Swedish Roads environment for everybody, we prohibit a certain conduct. Each participant on Swedish Roads is responsible for maintaining these standards.
We reserve the right to amend these Principles & Terms from time to time without prior notice to you.
Swedish Roads is part of Dennisvermeulen.com, a sole proprietorship and liable for the Swedish VAT (MOMS).
– Third-party advertising and sponsorships are not allowed. You may not advertise or promote third-party products, services, or brands through Swedish Roads listings or stories. This includes images that indicate brand sponsorship in a post or letter, or as part of a publication name or logo.
– Images functioning as third-party ads are not allowed. Inline images or embeds that link out and function as banner ads for third-party brands are not allowed.
– Don’t mention names or put any logos in your images.
When a listing or story owner has enabled the comment or review option, you are able to leave a comment or to write a review.
Be respectful when you give a comment or review. When you have had a bad experience at a certain place, don’t only write: “Bad place, avoid” and give one star. Those kind of reviews won’t be approved~published. Substantiate your opinion and let the listing-owner know what to improve. In our opinion, the best way should be, to contact the listing-owner directly.
This is also applicable the other way around. When you have had a (really) good experience, also substantiate your opinion, what was (‘that’) good. In this way, the listing-owner gets informed and also future visitors can benefit from your information.
Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others. Unless you’re authorized to use someone else’s copyrighted work or trademark (either expressly or by legal exceptions and limitations like fair use), don’t do it.
When your work has been used without your permission, please contact the listing-owner first. If you don’t get any response or the issue persist, please contact us.
We do not allow deceptive conduct on Swedish Roads. This includes:
– Creating an account, username, or publication that posts content or impersonates a person or organization in a way likely to deceive people. When we find instances of this, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation and verification.
– Using Swedish Roads for phishing or fraud. Don’t use tags, links, titles, or other metadata in a misleading way. Don’t link to or embed malicious or harmful code or software in your posts.
– Don’t use deception to generate revenue or traffic.
We strive to be fair, but we reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content, without notice, for any reason, particularly to protect our services, infrastructure, users, or community. If you attempt to evade suspension by creating new accounts or posts, we will suspend your new accounts and posts.
We do not allow spam on Swedish Roads. All spam will be immediately removed from Swedish Roads, without notification. While it is hard to define this content with precision or completeness, trust us to be objective as possible.
In case you have (a) listing~listings or (a) story~stories listed on Swedish Roads, those will also be removed. When you have a paid membership package(s), that~those won’t be refunded.
As much as we strive & work to keep our services to be accessible 24/7 the whole year around, there always can occur situations, that our services are temporary not accessible. As much as we regret that ourselves, we can’t accept any responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information. Furthermore, we can’t be held responsible for any incorrect or outdated information added by a listing-or story owner. When your work has been used on our website, without your permission, we can’t be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits etc. Please contact the listing-owner first and when the issue persist, contact us.
The prices displayed online exclude the Value Added Tax (VAT~MOMS).
We do not allow posts or accounts, that engage, are related to or associated with, in the following restricted categories of activity:
– Promotion of sales of organised crime, terrorism, hate groups, political groups, legal or illegal drugs and firearms
– Promotion of harmful conspiracies
– Facilitation of gambling or betting
– Facilitation of buying or selling social media interactions, including off-platform
– Facilitation of illegal sexual services
– Promotion of any other illegal or unsafe activity
– Facilitation of copyright violation
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant Swedish Roads a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your content and any name, username or likeness provided in connection with your content in all media formats and distribution methods now known or later developed on the Services. Swedish Roads needs this license because you own your content and Swedish Roads therefore can’t display it across its various surfaces (i.e., mobile, web) without your permission. This type of license also is needed to distribute your content across our Services. Separate and apart from the content you submit, post or display on our Services, we welcome feedback, including any comments, ideas and suggestions you have about our Services. We may use this feedback for any purpose, in our sole discretion, without any obligation to you. We may treat feedback as nonconfidential.
We may stop providing the Services or any of its features within our sole discretion. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage and may remove or limit content distribution on the Services.
We do not allow content or actions that threaten, encourage, or incite violence against anyone, directly or indirectly.
– Try 14 days for Free packages
You can try the Activities, Places and Stay packages 14 days for free. After these 14 days, you decide if you extend your membership into a 1 year membership package or the 1 month package.
– 1 Year Membership Packages
A 1 year Membership, in the categories: Activities, Places and Stay, is valid for 366 days.
– 1 Month Membership Packages
A 1 month Membership, in the categories: Activities and Stay, is valid for 31 days.

We take your complaints very serious. For us it’s very important that you are 100% satisfied when you use our services. If you have a complaint, please use the support system in your account and we will answer you at the soonest possible.
– Refunds 1 Year Membership packages
A 1 year membership package is valid for 366 days and we don’t refund any 1 membership package. That’s why we have the “Try 14 days for Free Packages”. With these packages you can try the 1-year membership package 14 days for free without any obligations. After these 14 days you decide, if you upgrade~extend your package to a 1 year membership package.
– Refunds other packages
For the other packages, like Events, Jobs and Stories, there are no refunds available.
When you have a request for an additional option~possibility in your listing, please submit your request through the support system in your account. We appreciate your request(s) and will investigate it, but we can’t guarantee that it will be (directly) implemented in the site.
– Ending Membership Packages
When your membership package ends, your listing won’t be publicly visible anymore, but you can still see it in your own account. We save your listing-data up till 1 month, so when you decide to purchase or extend your 1 Year Membership package within 1 month, your data is still available.
– Renewal Membership Packages
We don’t automatically renew any membership package. Two days before your package expires you will be notified per e-mail.
You can extend it after your package ends, but also several days before, so your listing won’t disappear from the site. When you extend your membership package several days before it ends, we will adjust the end-date of your package accordingly.
As example, your 1 year membership-package (has) end on 21 June 2022 and you extend your membership on 18 June. Normally, the end-date of your extended membership-package would be 19 June 2022. From your previous package, there are 4 days remaining and we will adjust the new end-date to 23 June.
